We offer a true 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. We are so confident in the AuraPosture™ harness that we want you to actively wear it. If you wear it for 14 days and your posture doesn't improve, send it back—even if it has been worn—for a full refund. Simply contact us at support@auraposture.com to initiate your return. You are only responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Hygiene & Personal Care Exceptions
Unlike other brands that use hygiene regulations to deny returns on worn products, we want you to actively test the AuraPosture™ harness. Worn items are fully eligible for return under our 30-day risk-free trial. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
