AuraPosture™ Shipping Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026 Thank you for shopping with AuraPosture. Below you will find our shipping options, delivery timelines, and other important information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery takes 7-15 days and is completely FREE. We also offer an expedited 5-8 day shipping option for $12.99. A Note from our Founders: Please save your money. Unless you need your harness urgently for an upcoming trip, do not pay for Express Shipping. Our free standard option is highly reliable.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at support@auraposture.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to update it before the order enters processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
  • Verify your shipping address in your order confirmation email
  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Look in safe drop locations (mailbox, porch, garage)
  • Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
If your package has not arrived after 48 hours, contact us at support@auraposture.com with your order number.
